Project Management

Starting with the End in Mind

If you’ve ever started a project without a goal, you know the vision can start to slip. It can become hard to hold on to the reason why you started, and the reason to keep going. When we work on a project together, we always start with the end in mind. What exactly does that mean? That means we answer as many of the following questions as possible before we begin work.

–

What goals will this project help you accomplish?

What part of the process (from first impression to retention) does your project serve your business?

How will we protect your vision?

What are your non-negotiables?

What is your timeline?

In 6 months, will this project still serve you and your goals?

Educated

In December 2025, I graduated with my BBA and received a certificate in Business Analytics.

From marketing to analytics, I can help you understand what’s happening in your business, develop a way to solve the problems you’re facing, and create operating systems to help you work on the business – instead of in the business.

Experienced

Since 2019, I’ve combined hands-on business experience with digital marketing strategy to help entrepreneurs build brands that work beautifully.

I started out as a freelance writer, learned SEO, and found my way into the world of digital marketing. Each new layer I peeled back revealed more depth and detail, which entertained my curiousity endlessly. I explored all the different parts of marketing and eventually built my own business and made $18K in my first 9 months.

Since then, I’ve come full circle and I’m applying all of what I know to help businesses like yours build websites and market organically.

Project management services by www.jojosayers.com has one primary goal: help you get found, clicked, booked, and paid.

Project Planning

By understanding your goals, we can begin to plan your project. I use a project planner for all my clients. You can grab the free copy below!

Strategic Developement

After we plan the project, we’ll go step by step through a strategic development timeline so we don’t leave any important details out.

User Experience

One of the last stages of the project is to test for user experience to ensure all the functions are operational and we covered all key points.
